The recreation area also has archery and the best cricket set-up the United States has to offer.

The Sepulveda Basin Off-Leash Dog Park has 6.5 acres of leash-free dog area, a 0.5-acre small dog area, and an on-leash picnic area. Libbet Park is a small pocket park where dogs run free.

The Sepulveda Garden Center is a community garden area in Encino, with 16 acres of land and 420 garden plots.

5-acre Los Encinos State Historic Park features historic buildings, a small museum, a natural spring, a pond, and picnic grounds.

Encino Park features a basketball court and a couple of tennis courts, and is home each year to the free folk music festival put on by the California Traditional Music Society.
